You may have reached the pinnacle of your career. You’re financially secure, your pensions and investments are in place, but for the first time in years there isn’t an obvious next rung to climb. What do you want the next chapter to be about?
You’ve probably spent years building: a career, a business, property, investments, financial security. Perhaps you now have more freedom and choice than you once imagined.
But having choices and knowing what you want to do with them are two different things.
These aren’t simply financial questions. They’re leadership questions.
Wealth Leadership Coaching helps you bring together the wealth you’ve already built with the life you actually want to lead and turn that thinking into decisions and action.
If you’ve built a successful business or career, you already understand many of the principles of Wealth Leadership. You set a direction, allocate resources, appoint good people, weigh risk against opportunity and make decisions.
Yet our personal wealth often develops quite differently. We end up with investments, pensions, property, businesses, cash and perhaps an inheritance. One adviser looks after this, another looks after that. Each may be doing an excellent job, but who is leading the whole?
You don’t need to know everything. You need to know where you’re going, have the right people around you, ask good questions and make the decisions only you can make.
Perhaps you already know what you want. Perhaps you’ve created your Wealth Blueprint. Or perhaps you’ve spent years building wealth without ever stopping to bring the whole picture together.
It’s making the investment decision you’ve been circling. Selling the property that no longer fits your life. Starting the business you’ve talked about for three years. Having the conversation with your children about money. Changing how much you work. Finally giving serious time to something you keep saying matters.
Wealth Leadership closes the gap between intention and action.
We create or refine your Wealth Blueprint, then use it to make decisions, allocate capital, seek the right advice, take action and keep adjusting as life changes.
You can be financially wealthy and still spend your time, energy and attention on things that no longer matter to you.
Wealth Leadership is about directing all of your capital deliberately — towards the life you want to lead, the people you love and the future you want to help create.
For years, the question may have been: How do I build wealth?
Now the questions may be: How do I use it well? What is enough? What do I want to build next? How do I enjoy what I’ve created? What do I want my children to inherit beyond money? What do I want to contribute while I’m here?
Accumulating more isn’t a sufficiently interesting answer to what comes next.
You may have reached the pinnacle of your career. You’re financially secure, your pensions and investments are in place, but for the first time in years there isn’t an obvious next rung to climb. What do you want the next chapter to be about?
Perhaps you’ve built a substantial property portfolio and it has given you financial freedom. But some of what you own may no longer fit the life you want to lead. What do you want your wealth to make possible now?
Perhaps you’ve built wealth through business and investment but have never really stopped to bring all the pieces together. You’ve been very good at accumulating it. Where do you want to direct your wealth now?
Or perhaps your thoughts are turning to the next generation. How much do you pass on? When? How do you prepare your children to receive wealth well? How do you steward what you’ve built so it continues to serve a purpose beyond you?
A private sounding board for your wealth, your life and the decisions between them.
We’ll create or refine your Wealth Blueprint, then work with the real decisions as they arise: an investment you’re considering, a business you might sell, a property you no longer want, an adviser meeting, a family conversation, a new opportunity, or simply the question of what comes next when financially you don’t have to do anything.
I bring coaching and challenge alongside decades of experience in investment, business, property and capital allocation.
We can talk about the money and the human being making the decisions about it.
My job isn’t to make your decisions for you. It’s to help you think better, see what you may be missing and follow through on what you decide matters.
Because even the CEO needs a board.
A small, confidential group of women who have already built wealth and want to become more deliberate about what they do with it.
This isn’t networking, and it isn’t a course to consume. It’s somewhere to think, decide and act.
You bring the question you’re wrestling with, the opportunity you’re considering, the decision you haven’t made — or the thing you said you were going to do last month and haven’t.
Around the table are women bringing different experiences and perspectives. I bring the Wealth Leadership framework, financial understanding, coaching and challenge.
Together, we create something surprisingly rare: a place where women can talk intelligently and honestly about wealth, money, life, ambition, responsibility and legacy.
The Board begins with an initial six-month term, with the opportunity to continue.
I started my career as an institutional investment manager, ultimately managing hundreds of millions of pounds in international equity markets. Since leaving the City, I’ve built and invested in businesses and property, invested my own capital and spent more than a decade coaching people through significant business and life decisions.
I understand portfolios, markets, risk, return and capital allocation. This isn’t about replacing the specialist advisers around you. It’s about helping you lead the whole: knowing what advice you need, asking better questions, evaluating your options and making decisions in the context of the life you’re actually trying to create.
I also understand that the financially optimal answer on a spreadsheet isn’t necessarily the right answer for a human life.
I’ve been thinking about and directing my own wealth this way for decades, and since 2012 I’ve worked from an explicit whole-of-life plan.
It hasn’t meant life has gone according to plan. Children grow up, relationships change, businesses work — or don’t — markets move, priorities change and unexpected opportunities appear.
The plan didn’t predict my future. It gave me somewhere to lead from when the future changed.
That’s what I want this work to give you.
Wealth Leadership is the ability to build, allocate and steward capital in service of the life you want to lead and the future you want to help create.
It brings together material wealth and inner wealth. What you own and what you value. Financial freedom and the choices you make with it. The life you want now and the legacy you eventually leave behind.
Tell me a little about where you are, what you’re thinking about and what’s prompting the question. We’ll see what might be useful.
